What “without sanding” really means
A Screen & Recoat lightly abrades the existing finish; it does not sand the floor to bare wood. Clean & Buff and coating removal are even less invasive.
Good candidates
Floors with intact color, light finish scratches, dullness, or normal wear may qualify for a preservation-focused service.
What it cannot fix
Deep wood scratches, major pet stains, extensive bare wood and complete color changes generally require full sanding.
Contamination changes the plan
Polish, wax and acrylic buildup should be identified and removed before a new professional coating is considered.
